An important Belgian government service, employing well over +1,000 people scattered over many locations, was struggling with a negative atmosphere and communication culture. Moreover, the organization was not alined on the nature, causes and seriousness of this problem. So it asked us for an objective analysis.
LVTPR set-up strategic sessions. This involved in-depth talks with key communication decision makers and the overall management team, in order to define the desired Employer Value Proposition. The following employee survey allowed us to compare the desired EVP with the perceived one. We also analyzed the current internal communication flow and to which extent it contributed to (or hindered) the desired EVP.
