Telephony provider Gigaset pro asked us to play a central PR role in EMEA. This constitutes managing and coordinating all PR activities. And managing the Twitter account and LinkedIn page.
Based in the Netherlands, we act as a PR hub for both resellers as well as end users. For them, we create relevant content, always focused on stimulating Gigaset pro’s website traffic. First, we draft international content, which is then used in different regions. This content is meant for social media and other media.
The results? Gigaset pro is more than happy. Within a year, the international Twitter account expanded from 258 followers to 3,000 followers. All social media combined, we reached over 160,000 impressions of our content. We also made case studies, blogs and event reports and website content for international use. This way, we increase Gigaset Pro’s online share of voice within the unified communications industry.
