Campus Party is the world’s largest technology event. In 2016, it took place in multi-purpose hall Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, the Netherlands. At Campus Party, young technicians and entrepreneurs come together. Campus Party asked LVTPR to help create awareness for the concept and the event’s program. The goal: more registrations and – in the long run – brand awareness.
LVTPR developed an ‘Event PR’ strategy, focused on introducing this event via social and external media.
In the months leading up to the event we managed to realize consistent media coverage thanks to our experienced copywriters and warm media relations.
The results were overwhelming. Over 400 clippings, a large amount of published content written by LVTPR and 73 interviews with a variety of media. Nearly all Dutch dailies talked about the Campus Party – national TV broadcast multiple items about it. In the end, all this coverage made sure Campus Party was fully booked every day and created a lot of enthusiasm among the organization and visitors.
