Quality by Design asked LVTPR to enhance its visibility via owned (social, website), earned and paid media. In addition, the company asked us to position them as an appealing employer among both the current and future staff. And, at the same time, the company wished to improve the internal communication between management and employees.
We started by creating relevant content: blogs, press releases and whitepapers focused on lead generation. To offer a better platform for this content, we developed a new corporate identity and – in collaboration with a partner – a new website, including an extensive job site. We also made sure Quality by Design became very active on social media as a part of recruitment and retention.
In addition, LVTPR developed various new internal communication tools that would stimulate the collaboration between employees and make sure they remained happy with their employer. We also supported QbD in multiple separate communication projects.
Thanks to our efforts, QbD now gets higher scores than ever when it comes to internal communication. During a recent poll, the employees rated ‘QbD keeps me well-informed of company related matters’ 4,3 out of 5. The year before, it was 3,6 out of 5. Our QbD employer project started in 2015, when QbD had 50 employees. By the end of 2016, the number of employees has increased to more than 100.
