Roche Global was looking for advice regarding the launch of its Patient Partnership Team (PPT). This worldwide group of key employees was eager to fulfill a crucial role in the company: raising the internal awareness about the central role of patient communities throughout its entire value chain.
LVTPR consolidated the PPT messaging in a message house, including the team name, a tagline and an elevator pitch. We also designed a PPT branding within the limits of Roche’s overall corporate visual identity. All this laid the foundation for maximum consistency in all communications by the PPT at Roche and throughout our own launch efforts.
The launch consisted of (among others) content for the PPT content hub, a dedicated newsletter and an inspirational launch video, which we filmed in the famous Roche Tower in Basel.
A successful launch which made the PPT immediately visible and credible in the entire organization. We reinforced this pole position with relevant content in the months that followed. And when COVID-19 struck, that didn’t stop us from finishing what we started: we managed to create everything we promised remotely and in time, even the scheduled ambassador videos.
