Smartwatch manufacturer Pebble enlisted our help to introduce its smart watches to a broader audience. The early adopters fell in love with the functions – now it was time the rest of the Benelux followed. One thing was a given: strap a Pebble to your wrist and you’ll never want to take it off.
So, what did we do? Every sub target audience got its own storyline and content. We set up an ambassador program and arranged an exclusive product introduction on a popular lifestyle TV program.
This was followed by a press tour that consisted of visiting several lifestyle media. In combination with a review program, it resulted in a variety of relevant articles among the audience.
To try it is to love it. We definitely proved that. By selecting specific, less technical storylines we managed to capture the attention of important media. Time flew by, because we – and our client Pebble – were having fun.
