It’s the trade show for IT and innovation within the healthcare industry: Zorg & ICT. The trade show – which is an annual event in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, the Netherlands – offers healthcare professionals insight into the latest IT applications and services for healthcare optimization. LVTPR focused on improving the event’s brand awareness and stimulating the ticket sales. To do so, we set up an online advertising campaign, using Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising.
We set up six different AdWords campaigns with corresponding landing pages, each one focusing on one of the trade show’s themes. This resulted in more than 6,000 clicks to the website in two months’ time, with an average click-through rate of 6,2 percent.
In order to create more brand awareness for the trade show, we created a Sponsored Content campaign on LinkedIn, focusing on Zorg & ICT content, such as blogs and press releases. In a short amount of time, the campaign resulted in a reach of more than 200,000 Dutch healthcare professionals. And with an average engagement rate of 2,37 percent, the campaign scored a lot higher than the global average of 0,35 percent for sponsored content.
